Julio and JAM Concepts managed the remodel of my basement into a new apartment. It turned out beautifully!
Julio and his crew (and subcontractors) went the extra mile from figuring out a complicated drywall solution to fit in an extra storage closet, to working closely with me on very specific, not-at-all-standard tile pattern in the shower. Julio has a craftman's eye, and genuinely wants your project to be the best it can be.
He is also fair, has integrity, and will make a job right. For example, once the flooring started to be installed, we realized the basement floor needed more leveling than originally thought. Julio pulled up the flooring and leveled where needed.

Recently had them build an ADU in my basement, it went all according to plan, egress windows, concrete cutting, added another bathroom on the second floor then decided to replace all the galvanized pipes at the same time. It's like a brand new house now, I have a really nice rental and collect a check every month.
